We ship our products within South Africa and neighboring countries using our priority mailing methods. The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days after it is shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.

Shipping & Returns Policy

To place an order on our website, you must be at least 18 years old and provide valid contact details.

You can choose from a variety of detergents and other products that we offer on our website. You can also select the quantity, size, fragrance, and other options for each product.

The prices of our products are displayed on our website and are subject to change from time to time. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in the prices at any time.

You can pay for your order using one of the payment methods that we accept on our website. We will charge your payment method when you place your order. You are responsible for paying any taxes, fees, or charges that may apply to your order.

You can as well contact us by email or our phone numbers for other delivery or payment methods other than those mentioned here.

We will confirm your order by email after we receive your payment. The confirmation email will include your order number, order details, delivery address, delivery date, and tracking number (if applicable).

We will deliver your order to the address that you provide when you place your order. We will try our best to deliver your order on the date that you select on our website, but we cannot guarantee that we will meet this date. We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, traffic, strikes, accidents, etc.

You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. If no one is available at the time of delivery, we may leave your order at a safe location or return it to our warehouse. You may have to pay an additional fee for redelivery or collection of your order.

You should inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 2 days if there is any damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect item in your order. We will replace or refund any product that is damaged, defective.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you can return them within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship your items back to us. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it and credit your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that we do not accept returns of opened or used products, unless they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at with a photo of the product and we will replace it or refund you as soon as possible
